Hello, I’m Ana.Constantly evolving, I went from being a human rights lawyer trying to change the world to shifting my focus to finding my own inner balance and, from there, contributing to a better world.As well as being a mum, I’m passionate about the mountains, learning about other cultures and exploring different ways of living life, yoga, freediving and breathing; everything that helps us understand that we need very little because we are already everything.Through my workshops on yoga, mindful breathing and neuroscience, I share practical, science-based tools to connect body, mind and soul and, from there, learn to manage ourselves better, achieve lasting inner balance and a better quality of life.
